We were running late for work and the fact that I threw in a last-minute stop as we were heading out the door added to the stress levels. I had arranged to provide a meal for a person in need and had to get the crock-pot over to a friend who would monitor its cooking all day and then deliver it to the recipient. As I was getting into the car I said, “Too bad there’s no time to call Rachel and have her deliver this for me…” We weren’t even out of our housing area before we spotted Rachel coming towards us. A quick stop to transfer the crock-pot to her van and we were on our way with plenty of time to get to work. Stress levels? Dropped considerably!
