My reaction was the same as Dahlia’s … a drunk person crossing?!! Glad to hear it’s a joke.
Even the sign about ‘text walking’ is very unusual … and yes, the photo is indeed ironic!
I’m pretty sure the Drunk sign was posted near a pub…so, it could be for real….but I highly doubt it!
